Each project is unique

Many people misunderstand when it come to project. Many people think that if someone already been involved in a high raised building project, he/she is already been an expert in any kind of high raised building projects.

Let us tell you one thing, no one should be called a project management expert. Every project manager need to start a project with nothing "in hand". He/She need to treat the new project as a new born baby that needed to be assisted along the way. He/She will need to learn about the project, taking care necessary action to make sure the project is healthy and will grow as wanted.
